Nice frames, but don't trust them with your pictures.
Sent in an original, valuable photograph to be framed.
Was told by Simon (June 2015) that it had arrived safely and the framed picture would be ready “next week”.
Then he disappeared off the face of the earth.
No response to emails, didn’t answer the phone - nothing.
Two months later he got back to me and said the same thing – “next week” – then disappeared again. At this point I'm pretty sure I'll never see the photo again.
If you like the frames buy them in person - they're gorgeous.
BUT don’t leave anything with these guys or order anything online – there’s a good chance it will go missing. ”
